Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

 

If you are a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.



Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

 


If multiple goods were ordered in one order and delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the last item.



How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

 

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement, for example by email.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired.





Effects of Withdrawal

 

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.


Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal.


We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.


We may withhold reimbursement until:

  • we have received the returned goods, or
  • you have provided proof that you have returned the goods,



whichever occurs first.


You must send back the goods within 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal.





Return Shipping Costs

 

The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.


For goods that cannot normally be returned by regular parcel post, especially furniture, bulky items, heavy items, freight shipments or large interior products, the customer also bears the direct cost of return shipping. Actual return costs depend on the size, weight, shipping method, destination and type of goods.





Condition of Returned Goods / Compensation for Loss in Value

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if that loss in value results from handling the goods in a way that is not necessary to check their nature, characteristics and functioning.

 


This means in particular:


  • You may inspect the goods as you would in a physical retail store.
  • Use beyond inspection, visible signs of wear, damage, stains, missing parts, assembly marks, or returning goods in a significantly worsened condition may result in a claim for compensation for loss in value.






Return Procedure


All returns must be requested in advance by email at support@loxevi.com.


Because the correct return address may vary depending on the product, warehouse location and shipping region, the return address will only be provided after your return request has been reviewed.


Returns sent without prior return approval may cause delays in processing and allocation.


This return request requirement does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal. It is solely intended to ensure proper return handling.





Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal


The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods:


  • that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual choice or decision by the customer is decisive, or
  • that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the customer.



The right of withdrawal may also be excluded in other cases where this is permitted by applicable law.
