These Terms of Service apply to all orders placed by consumers and businesses through the online store LOXEVI.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession. A business is any natural or legal person or partnership acting in the exercise of their trade, business or profession.

3. Product Presentation and Conclusion of Contract



The presentation of products in our online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order.


By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase the goods in the shopping cart.


The automatic order confirmation does not yet constitute acceptance of the offer. A contract is only concluded once we expressly confirm the order, confirm shipment, or dispatch the goods.



4. Prices and Shipping Costs



All prices shown in the store are in the displayed currency and include applicable statutory VAT, where required by law, unless stated otherwise.


Additional shipping charges may apply. For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import charges, taxes or other local fees may also apply and are the responsibility of the customer unless expressly stated otherwise.



5. Payment Terms



We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, including in particular:


  • PayPal
  • Klarna
  • credit cards
  • Apple Pay
  • and other payment methods offered via Shopify or connected payment providers



Unless otherwise stated during checkout, payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.


If you choose a payment method offered by a third-party payment provider, that provider’s own terms and privacy rules may also apply.



6. Delivery



Delivery is made to the shipping address provided by the customer.


Standard delivery time is usually 5 to 10 business days. For selected products, especially bulky items, products with special logistics requirements, or products with different availability, delivery may take up to 30 days.


If a product is temporarily unavailable or delivery is delayed for reasons beyond our control, we will inform the customer as soon as possible.



7. Warehouse and Shipping Locations



For order fulfillment, LOXEVI uses different warehouse, shipping and logistics locations depending on the product, stock availability and destination region. As a result, products may be shipped from different warehouse locations within or outside Europe.



8. Partial Deliveries



Partial deliveries are permitted where reasonable for the customer.



9. Retention of Title



Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.



10. Statutory Warranty



The statutory warranty rights apply.



11. Liability



We are fully liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health, under mandatory product liability laws, and in cases of intent or gross negligence.


In the event of a slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Any further liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.



12. Right of Withdrawal



Consumers are entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.



13. Returns



Returns must be requested in advance via support@loxevi.com.


After reviewing the request, we will provide the correct return address for the relevant order. Goods may only be returned to the address specifically provided by us for that return.


The customer bears the direct cost of return shipping to the extent permitted by law and as stated in our Refund & Returns Policy.



14. Refunds



Refunds are processed after the returned goods have been received and checked, or after valid proof of return shipment has been provided, where legally applicable.



15. Exclusion of Withdrawal Rights for Certain Goods



No right of withdrawal exists for goods that are custom-made, personalized or clearly tailored to the customer’s personal needs, where legally permitted.



16. Contract Language



The contract language is English. If we provide additional translations, these are for convenience only. In case of doubt, the English version shall prevail to the extent legally permissible.



17. Applicable Law



The laws of Austria apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.


If the customer is a consumer residing in another country, mandatory consumer protection provisions of that country remain unaffected where applicable.



18. Online Dispute Resolution



The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution:

We are not obliged and generally not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board unless required by law.
