Shipping & Delivery

 

We ship throughout the European Union and, depending on product availability and shipping destination, also to selected countries worldwide.

Delivery Times

 

Our standard delivery time is usually 5 to 10 business days.

For selected items, especially larger products, furniture, heavy items, high-demand items, or products with special logistics requirements, delivery may take up to 30 days.

The relevant delivery time for each item will be shown on the product page or during checkout.

Partial Deliveries

 

Where reasonable and necessary for efficient fulfillment, we reserve the right to make partial deliveries, provided this is acceptable to the customer.

Shipping Fulfillment

 

To process and ship orders efficiently, LOXEVI uses different warehouse, shipping and logistics locations depending on the product, availability and destination country. As a result, products may be shipped from different warehouse locations within or outside Europe.

Delivery Delays

 

In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• high order volume
• carrier delays
• customs clearance
• supplier delays
• force majeure events
• unforeseen logistics issues

If this happens, we will inform the customer as soon as possible.

Customs, Import Duties & Taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import taxes or local fees may apply. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, these costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Damaged Deliveries

 

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please report this to the carrier where possible and contact us as soon as possible at support@loxevi.com.
